Setup Esp8266 for Arduino IDE1. Insert File>Preferences "http://arduino.esp8266.com/stable/package_esp8266com_index.json"2. Go to Tools>Board>Board manager3. At the end of list choose esp8266 and start setup4. After setup you can chose Generic esp8266 from board list5. From tools for ESP-01 menu set Flash Frequency to 40 MHz, Cpu Frequency to 80 MHz, Flash Size to 512K (64K SPIFFFS)
